Chris Atkins - Associate   Location: Austin, Texas Chris Atkins was a Banking Officer at FirstBank and a bank regulator for the FDIC. During his career at FirstBank, a $10B regional bank headquartered in Denver, Chris managed operations and loan origination at three banks and accounted for approximately $5M in profit for the Bank through new loan originations. While at the FDIC, Chris led asset review teams, reviewed highly complex bank assets, and consulted bankers on appropriate actions for portfolio improvement. Chris is active in the community, having served on the Board of Directors and Endowment Committee for DenUM, volunteering through Junior Achievement and Rebuilding Together and has been a high school roller hockey coach. Chris is currently part of the MBA class of 2013 at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas - Austin focusing on Entrepreneurship. He is a Venture Fellow and a member of the Entrepreneurship Society and the Graduate Consulting Group.
